The episode "Hail Doofania" has one point in common. But in instead of switching lives, Candace and Vanessa switch clothes due to a mess up at the cleaners. Phineas, Ferb and Dr. Doofenshmirtz switch catchphrases and storyplot.

Im gonna be Phineas Flynn for Halloween. Im going to Disney next year for Halloween. Yes, Noah for a full week next year I'll be gone. And the next year. So I am gonna be Phineas or Candace this year and Vanessa next year for Disney. The best part is, my family is gonna be the family of what ever character I am. My Mom is gonna be Linda Flynn-Flectcher, Jack will be Ferb, My Dad is gonna be Lawerance Flectcher. Next year the same, Dad will be Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Of core I'll be Vanessa, My brother will be, Ummm... Carl? My Mom will be Charline.
